Credit cards, personal checks or cash accepted.
A refundable $100.00 deposit is required in advance for a weekend stay.
A refundable $200.00 deposit is required for a week long stay.
If paying by personal check your reservation will only be guaranteed after your deposit is received.
A refund of the advance deposit will be made if the cancellation is eight weeks prior to the date of the reservation during the summer, or if we can rebook the house. Winter cancellation is one week.
Please no smoking inside the home. Pets are welcome if arranged for in advance. Check in time is 5 PM, check out time is 11 AM unless otherwise arranged.
