Rates for either house for 2009:
$250.00 for one single night.
$220.00 per night, two or more nights
$1400.00 per week (seven nights)
Two night minimum stay during the weekends, May through September
Credit cards, personal checks or cash accepted.
A refundable $50.00 deposit is required in advance for a weekend stay.
A refundable $200.00 deposit is required for a week long stay.
If paying by personal check your reservation will only be guaranteed after your deposit is received.
A refund of the advance deposit will be made if the cancellation is eight weeks prior to the date of the reservation, or if we can rebook the house.
Six person maximum in each home. Please no smoking inside the home. Pets are welcome if arranged for in advance. Check in time 5 PM, check out time 12 Noon unless otherwise arranged.
Supervised horseback riding is available through one of the trainers at the farm. There is a fee to cover the trainers time. Horse and Buggy rides are offered at no additional cost, weather and time permitting.
