Q If we rent your home do we get the whole house or just a room?
A Yes, if you rent our Guest Home you and your family, or friends, have the whole house to yourself.
Q Do we need to bring anything with us like bed linens or towels?
A No, the house has everything you will need including all the linens, towels, soap and shampoo, cooking utensils, a gas grill, Satellite TV and DVD player and most everything else you would need. If we don’t have something you might need we will get it for you. All you need to bring with you are your personal items and any food you would like to cook.
Q What is there to do in the area?
A Our Quest Home on Willow Pond is located right at Willow Tree Equestrian Center. You are welcome to visit the stable at anytime throughout your visit and watch all the daily activities. If you like you can go horseback riding or enjoy a horse and buggy ride. Your children will love feeding the geese who live on Willow Pond, catching frogs or turtles, or fishing. Just 10 minutes from our Guest Home is South Haven and the beautiful beaches of Lake Michigan. Arts and craft shops, antique shops, flea market, winery tours, charter fishing, boating, bicycle trails and most any other activity you would like to do can be found in this area. If you prefer dining out to cooking at the Guest Home there are numerous restaurants in the area, from fast food to elegant dinning, all located within a 15 minute drive.
Q What time is check in and check out?
A We are very flexible on arrival and check out times. If there are no guests right before or after your stay the home will be ready for you whenever you want to arrive, and you are welcome to stay as long as you like on the day you will be leaving. Otherwise the home will be ready by 5 PM for your arrival and check out should be no later than noon.
Q What kind of payment do you accept for the deposit and the balance?
A We accept credit cards (Master Card and Visa), personal checks, or cash.
